Looking to take the first steps towards a fulfilling career in water treatment? Career opportunities are plentiful with cities, counties, agencies, or industries that operate and maintain water treatment, water distribution, wastewater collection and/or wastewater treatment systems. Bismarck State College’s Water & Wastewater Technology Certificate program equip individuals with the skills and knowledge needed for entry-level employment in water and wastewater treatment facilities in as little as one year.
Students may transfer prior college credit and may be eligible to earn credit for relevant life and work experience.
Offered every 3-5 weeks on a rotating schedule with the ability to enroll at any time.
The technical courses in this program count towards a Certificate in Water and Wastewater Technology. Courses can also be taken individually for professional development or training.
